There are a total of 357 public classes and interfaces within the 21 packages in this first release of the platform. For each package, all of the classes and interfaces in the package are displayed, showing their relationships to each other. If a class subclasses a class from another package or if a class implements an interface from another package, these "foreign" classes and interfaces are also shown. Foreign classes and interfaces are marked in such a way as to easily determine which package they actually belong to. Also indicated is whether each class is final or abstract. By the end of the first week, this poster has saved me hours of clicking and eye strain. This is one of those things you think you can do without.... UNTIL you use it! ...... Hey! how come I didn't think of that.

Ripoff - Save your money

This is a ripoff. Save your money. I have seen charts published by BarCharts and free ones provided by Java Report. I expected this to be as good, but no where near.
I wonder publishers like AW can publish such thing and put up a list price of USD 5.95.
Of course that is the negatives of buying some thing without seeing. I dont see how some other readers found it useful.
Rather than spending money on this, one is just better of copying a few pages of Nutshell books and pasting on the wall.
A free poster from Java Report just came in. That is much better.
