A fabulously huge book that I am re-acquiring for my new personal chess library. Authored by the father of the world-famous Polgar sisters, this massive volume delivers 5334 problems and more. Let's see, if you studied three problems a day it would take you 4 years 10 months to wade through this weighty (>5 lbs) tome! This book is referenced with a good deal of levity in J.C. Hallman's "The Chess Artist," an autobiographical account of traveling to Chess City in the Russian province of Kalmykia with an eccentric chessmaster in tow. The eccentric chessmaster constantly gushes about this incredible book (and rightly so) but to the point of thinking it's the greatest thing since the advent of life emerging from the oceans onto land. "5334 problems! 5334 problems!" he rants, buying several copies (including one for his 3-year old daughter).
