“There’s a somebody I’m longing to see. I hope that he turns out to be, someone to watch over me.”
When Tooru was an awkward little boy who didn’t fit in, he found comfort in the company of his cousin Takara, a big, strong lad who recognized the loneliness in Tooru and devoted himself to watching over the smaller boy. Sadly though, the cousins had to part ways.
Flash forward to a few years later: Tooru is now a well-mannered young man, sharing household and work duties with his two brothers, Hajime and Futaba, while their parents are abroad. Just when he has all but forgotten about Takara, his cousin suddenly turns up at their doorstep! It seems Takara is supposed to live with them from now on.
But the warm and protective Takara from Tooru’s memories is far from how he actually turned out to be – rude, aloof and there seems to be a little “criminal element” in him!
It’s turning out to be quite a bitter beginning, will life ever be sweet for Tooru and Takara? Can romance really blossom in a household made up of rowdy brothers and one hot-headed cousin? Flip through the pages and immerse yourself in sugary Candy goodness.

Synopsis
Since their parents moved overseas, Toru, Hajime, and their little brother Futaba have lived together alone in the Katsuragi house. Then, suddenly, their problematic cousin Takara arrives! Palpitation and anticipation under one roof!
