I was sad to see no reviews here for the longest time. This message has become essential to the quality of my life. I have been studying spirituality for years(in spite of the futility of striving), such as the course in miracles, Eckhart Tolle and Adyashanti amongst most everything else out there; occultism, toltequity, Sikhism, zen, etc.. If you have a good teaching, you can save yourself lots of trouble doing mental gymnastics in the non-event of mind. Mooji's words are fresh from the source and represent for me the bottom line. He will cut through whatever bs you are carrying and lead you into a direct experience of self. He has many videos on Youtube, take a look.

As I expected, this turned out to be a great book from Mooji. For those of you who do not know of him, Mooji is a teacher of non-duality philosophy of India (but practised in various form all over the world) out of UK. He is a true master of self-realization who speaks in an unambiguous way and without the clap-trap of pretentious pseudo-scientific jargon or psycho-babble so loved by many of the followers of this simple from-the -heart experiantial philosophy. If you can't get it after reading this, you can try Ramana Maharshi or Nisargadatta Maharaj directly. If that doesn't work, save your money and stop buing more books on this subject and instead have a bottle of tequila! It might even have a recycle refund value to it!

I am a recent admirer of Mooji. This written production of his teaching enable his eloquent clarity on the subject of nonduality for all who seek to understand. Mooji addresses the varing perspectives by which each of us may grasp the truth of who we are. For me - this work speaks to the heart in contrast to other non-duality material that feels more heady or intellectual. Mooji speaks to the heart of THIS...and the heart responds.
