What a twist to end the trilogy! Loved it!

Let just say that this is an excelent series! For anyone who's also read D.J.'s Pendragon books, you MUST read this story! I won't give away any details but there is a shocking twist to this series that involves a character from that story! Marsh and Cooper really push themselves to the limits; Coop to his strength, and Marsh to his sanity! Epic battles, frightening spirits, and not the mention The Blood, which is truely the most horrifying aspect of this series! Believe me, this is a series that any fan of Pendragon will love! Even if you haven't read that series, this is still a great book, as are the others!

The Blood, in fact the whole series, was fantastic. I love the way DJ MacHale writes. He sucks you in, grabs hold of your emotions and doesn't let go until you finally see the words "The End." As a huge fan of his Pendragon Series - Pendragon (Boxed Set): The Merchant of Death, The Lost City of Faar, The Never War, The Reality Bug, Black Water-(I even read the three prequels which were not written by MacHale) I picked up The Light (Morpheus Road) when it was first released, but kept pushing it back on my TBR list. Now I'm glad I did because I didn't have to wait for the sequels to be released to continue the story. I read all three books back to back. Great series and, although much shorter than Pendragon's 10 book series, I found it to be just as action-filled and exciting. It's a little dark but very kid-friendly and the way The Light and The Black (Morpheus Road) interlock is pure genius. If you're going to read Morpheus Road, you may as well buy all three at once. I guarantee you won't want to stop after the first one!!
