I read this book from start to finish one sunny Saturday afternoon, and although on occasion, it did provide an interesting insight into your own energy system and other such quirky ways of thinking. Particularly the spiritual topics and references scattered throughout, these parts of the book were very interesting and made perfect sense in a new way to me.
The book though definitely lacked that punch a book of this sort requires to be truly helpful and have any sort of impact on your life.
On review, the lessons I should of have been learning were somewhat of a let down, as most of the "60 WAYS TO MAKE YOU FEEL AMAZING" are common sense recycled and written in a manner, which makes them seem like original ideas and approaches. I expected something a lot more profound in approach than what this book was offering.
I guess I really did not get this book in the end, in addition, the title really oversells what it provides and touches on, and maybe something more subtle in the future would not raise expectations on something, which is no more than a book that belongs as a supplement to a puzzle magazine.
Ultimately, I would have to recommend to save your time and cash with this one.
