This is the sequel of "Love to love you baby", telling the story of Jack Trehan's twin brother Tim. Being a superstitious ballplayer, Tim Trehan fears he's going to end up like his brother (as almost ALWAYS, two out of five times to be precise) getting hurt, getting married or - even worse - getting a baby. In a very warped way, he thinks he's going to escape the "Trehan curse" by doing the one thing out of those three that appears the least threatening to him: getting married. Along comes good ol' Suze, Suzanna Trent, who's been a friend of both Jack and Tim since Kindergarten and who's always rescued him from the one or other dire situation. She grew up quite nicely (go figure) and he persuades her to elope to Vegas for a quicky-marriage. But that's when the problem starts: Making a marriage work, that may be based on mutual sexual attraction, but not on trust and was entered for all the wrong reasons.
Despite the sometimes a tad annoying "stupidity" of Tim in trying to figure out a way to his wife's heart, I found this book quite amusing. The neat and lovable characters, well-remembered from Jack's story, as well as funny and witty dialogues make it a treat to read.
