in the beginning the book seemed to me too much complicated but within a few trys I changed my mind + discovered the joy of bread baking. The book is encouraging, helpful, full of good recipes + highly professional too + highly recommendable.
I am European + it is amazing to see that our good old bread culture is now revived in America + that the results are so good.
