The primer of Army Painter are becoming my favourits. They work better than other labels, they have a nice variety of colors and specially these red fits well as basis for other reds or simply adding some ink. The aderence of other colors is great. Untill now was a extra work to paint red. Need primer and a thick pigmented red (foundation paint or similar) and then start to paint red. Not anymore. If you don't want much detail you can use it directly as your main red for the mini, save work. Otherwise is a good primer and you can start from red and go on with your color scheme.
Relative few time to dry, around 1 hour is dry to touch but is better if you wait for 24h before start painting your minis. Just remember to use it froma distance of more than 30cm from your mini to avoid to much paint and loss of detail.
