Kurzbeschreibung
Argan Drak has the spy skills of Jason Bourne and the empathy of Robin Hood.
Motivated by an event in his childhood in Rwanda and fed up with the Power Elite enriching themselves at the expense of the poor and helpless, Argan decides to exact his own style of vigilante justice. He covertly gathers evidence implicating John Whitfield, the CEO of the largest mining company in the world, in the mass rape and terror campaign of an African warlord who controls a very profitable mine. He kidnaps Whitfield and exacts eye-for-an-eye justice. After releasing him and giving him a chance to redeem himself, he recaptures and kills him.
In hopes of frightening others like Whitfield into changing their ways, Argan grants a clandestine interview to the Mary Lago, editor of The Review. He explains what he did and why, and promises the same fate to anyone else he finds complicit in abusing the poor. He continues his campaign by dealing with the CEO of a government contractor whose employees buy teenage girls in Bosnia to use as sex slaves. With Argan’s identity unknown the police make little initial headway until the African warlord finds a way to lure him out.
