The book contains stories about problems and their solution. Nicely written, with nice drawings in it.
But don't expect that it'll help you solving your problems.
The solutions of the problems always come from nowhere, like a "deus ex machina".
Example: The first part (it is spread over a number of pages) is filled with a story about an elevator that's not working good.
In the end of this part somebody finds out that a rat or so has bitten some of the electrical cables.
And these my last two sentences really contain exactly the same amount of information that this part of the book contains.
