This is a simple little book that comes right to the point. Without spending a lot of time on the whys and wherefores of Tai Chi, it quickly and simply provides information on how to do a daily short routine that will make you feel good.
It has shown me that it is easy to get into a daily short routine that provides healthbenefits that in my opinion carry over to the rest of the day.
I like the concept. I recommend this book.
