I bought this book, full of hope. I really thought I would finally get some useful information about a detox program. I was expecting menus and suggestion for small detox daily program over 1 or 2 weeks with details: what to eat (in which quantity) and what not to eat during the period of detox. If this is also what you are looking for, then DON'T BUY this book because you won't find it in here. What you will find is common sense: you should not smoke, you should exercise, eat healthy', lot's of research behind it LoL. Additionally, I really feel that I have to write down one statement of the book: "the US have the best healthcare system in the world ". Sorry, did I miss something???
